The results of an unofficial performance test of Intel's new Arc B580 graphics card in Geekbench have hit the web. At the presentation, the company claimed that the model is designed to compete with the RTX 4060 - and judging by the leak, it did well. The test build included a GIGABYTE Z890 AORUS Pro Ice motherboard, an Intel Core Ultra 9 285K processor and 48GB of DDR5-8400 RAMRandom Access Memory (RAM) is the place in a computer where the operating system, application programs, and data in current use are kept so that they can be quickly reached by the computers processor.. In the Vulkan API discipline, it scored 103,445 points, beating NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 by 6.5% (97,127) and AMD Radeon RX 7600 XT by 18.5% (87,270). In OpenCL it slightly lost to the ?green? competitor (98,343 vs. 101,732), but was again ahead of the ?red? video card with 83,918 points. Intel Arc B580 is equipped with 12 GB of GDDR6 video memory, graphics processor with a clock speed of up to 2670 MHz (TDP 190 W) and twenty Xe-core. The novelty will go on sale December 13 at a recommended price of $249. For comparison - RTX 4060 on average sells for $300, and RX 7600 XT costs about $310. |
