AOC has released the Q25G4S gaming monitor that combines a high refresh rate with other features useful for gamers. It received a matrix with fast response, and also boasts accurate color reproduction and ?cheater? modes of operation. The AOC Q25G4S features a 24.5-inch Fast IPS  In Plane Switching (IPS) panels are an expensive option but they have excellent colour accuracy and far greater viewing angles then TN and VA panels (Not that we condone slouching while gaming). They are great for graphics design and photo editing. However, the only downside to IPS panels if that they can sometimes have a slower response time than TN panels. This is the only real problem if you’re a very competitive gamer or want to game in 3D. As of late “IPS” has become a big marketing word. Step into an Apple store and you would be hard pressed talking to someone that didn’t mention Apple’s “brand new IPS Displays!” In fact, Apple is probably one of the biggest marketers of this “new-found” technology. As a business person myself, this is when you have to tip your hat to Apple’s awesome marketing machine. Why? Well, because IPS is actually nothing new. In fact, this technology was originally invented in 1996 by Hitachi..matrix with 1140p resolution, 1ms response time (GtG) and a maximum brightness of 400 nits in HDRHDR stands for High Dynamic Range imaging, and it is an old photography practice recently introduced to cameraphones like the iPhone and some Android devices (or with the use of special apps). mode (350 nits in SDR). The manufacturer claims high color accuracy: 100% sRGB, 91% DCI-P3, the color difference index ΔE is not more than two units.The novelty supports NVIDIA G-SYNC, AMD FreeSync and proprietary MBR Sync adaptive synchronization technologies. There are a few gameplay auxiliary features: Dark Boost improves visibility in dark scenes, and the AI assistant ?adjusts the game environment? to make it easier to hit the enemy. In Sniper mode, you can enable a scope effect with three zoom levels. There is also automatic adjustment of brightness and contrast for different game scenarios and the ability to manually adjust these settings for specific genres. You can connect to a PC via HDMI 2.1 or DisplayPort 1.4. Complete stand allows you to adjust the height (up to 130 mm), rotation (?30 ?) and tilt (-5 ? to 23 ?), as well as transfer the monitor in portrait orientation. AOC Q25G4S is already on sale in China at a price of $220. |
