AOC has expanded its range of Gaming series monitors with two new models: the U32G4U and Q27G4SRU. Both new models feature fast matrices, HDRHDR stands for High Dynamic Range imaging, and it is an old photography practice recently introduced to cameraphones like the iPhone and some Android devices (or with the use of special apps). support, and accurate color reproduction, with the higher-end model supporting different combinations of resolution and refresh rate.

Both models are based on an IPSIn Plane Switching (IPS) panels are an expensive option but they have excellent colour accuracy and far greater viewing angles then TN and VA panels (Not that we condone slouching while gaming). They are great for graphics design and photo editing. However, the only downside to IPS panels if that they can sometimes have a slower response time than TN panels. This is the only real problem if you’re a very competitive gamer or want to game in 3D. As of late “IPS” has become a big marketing word. Step into an Apple store and you would be hard pressed talking to someone that didn’t mention Apple’s “brand new IPS Displays!” In fact, Apple is probably one of the biggest marketers of this “new-found” technology. As a business person myself, this is when you have to tip your hat to Apple’s awesome marketing machine. Why? Well, because IPS is actually nothing new. In fact, this technology was originally invented in 1996 by Hitachi..panel with a claimed response time of 1 ms (GtG). The 31.5-inch AOC Gaming U32G4U supports the HDRHDR stands for High Dynamic Range imaging, and it is an old photography practice recently introduced to cameraphones like the iPhone and some Android devices (or with the use of special apps). standard, adaptive synchronization technologies from AMD and NVIDIA, and allows you to switch between 4K @ 160 Hz and 1080p @ 320 Hz modes.

The monitor's interface set includes two HDMI 2.1 connectors, one DisplayPort 1.4, and a USB 3.1 Gen 1 hub with four Type-A ports for connecting peripherals.

The AOC Gaming Q27G4SRU is equipped with a 27-inch panel with a fixed resolution of 1440p and a refresh rate of up to 320 Hz. The rest of the specifications are identical to the U32G4U monitor, although the company additionally specifies the color gamut parameters for the junior model: 136.9% sRGB and 93.7% P3.

The price of the AOC Gaming U32G4U and Q27G4SRU on the Chinese market is $454 and $334, respectively. There is no information yet on the availability of monitors in other countries.
