AMD presented Ryzen AI 5 330 processor, which is positioned as a solution for inexpensive laptops. The novelty can not boast of high ?pure? power, but in terms of NPU does not lag behind more expensive branded models. On the official AMD website there is no indication of the architecture, however, according to the profile media, it is Krackan Point 2. The processor received one high-performance Zen 5 core (4.5 GHz in Turbo mode) and three energy-efficient Zen 5c cores with a base frequency of 3.4 GHz. The eight-threaded chip received 4 MB of L2 and 8 MB of L3 cache memory, as well as Radeon 820M ?embedded? (RDNA 3.5, two compute blocks). But they didn't save money on the neuromodule - it's XDNA 2 with the performance of 50 TOPS, as in the top Ryzen AI 9 HX 370. The nominal heat package of the chip is 28W, but it can be lowered to 15W. Which notebooks will be the first to receive the new ?hybrid? is still unknown. |
