An insider and author of Moore's Law is Dead YouTube channel has revealed information about AMD's next 3D V-Cache-enabled gaming processor and shared data about Zen 6 family. According to the insider's sources, AMD is already testing the future new products and expects that the FP IPC will be 6-8% higher than the chips of Zen 5 family, but the final result may change. It also became known that the new processors may contain several layers of 3D V-Cache of 96 MB each. In addition, sources claim that AMD may release a 12-core processor of the upcoming Zen 6 family with 240MB of L3 cache versus the current 128MB in the Ryzen 9 9950X3D. The tentative release date for Zen 6 chips is late 2025 or early 2026. |
