Acer has released a gamer portable SSD GP30 RGB with backlighting and transparent cover. The novelty has high read and write speeds, which is enough to record 4K streaming in real time. Acer Predator GP30 RGB has a compact aluminum body measuring 61.2 x 71.8 x 11.5mm and weighing 66.5 grams. The front is adorned with a transparent cover with RGB backlighting. For example, when the drive is idle, it glows purple, and as soon as reading or writing starts, the RGB mode turns on. For PC connectivity, there's a USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 Type-C port with maximum sequential read and write speeds of up to 2000MB/s and throughput of up to 20Gbps. This speed is enough to directly record 4K ProRes video at 60 or 120 fps. It comes with a Type-C cable with a Type-A adapter, a storage case, and Acronis True Image gift software to back up your system or safely transfer your data. The Acer Predator GP30 RGB varies in price depending on the version: 1TB - $110 2TB - $205 4TB - $340 |
