Few days ago, my screen has frozen and I powered off the mobile to help it to recover. When I turned it on, it asked me for my pattern. When I did it, it said that pattern isn't correct but that is impossible because I didn't forget it. After I tried several times to unlock my phone - there was a message that phone is locked and that I can try after 30 sec. Now, I can't unlock my phone with my own password which I didn't forget. Than I tried to hard reset it, but that also didn't help to solve my problem. Please can you help me with my problem? What should I do now?
