Pano ko po marerecover yung keyboard po ng phone ko .. Hindi ko po kase magamit yung keyboard ko sa pagunlock po ng password ko .. Nawala po yung keyboard ngayon po nahihirapan po ako maibalik yung keyboard kakailanganin ko pa magunlock ng password ko sa phone .. Reply

press and hold volume up, then press power button, hold until logo comes out, then release power only, release volume up when Phone ICON DOWNLOAD appears, press power button once, press volume Down to select Format Data/Factory reset, then press power, scroll down again to select yes, then press power... reboot phone when finish...
