MSI has released a new MAG 27C6X gaming monitor with a curved display. It is aimed at frugal gamers who are primarily interested in high refresh rates for competitive titles, rather than record-breaking picture clarity.
The lineup includes three models: U32U3CV, U27U3CV and Q27U3CV. The first novelty has a 4K panel with a diagonal of 32 inches and a refresh rate of 60 Hz. The screen has a brightness of 400 nits and support for 10-bit colors. The display covers 98% of the DCI-P3 color space. The monitor has HDMI 2.0, DP 1.4, 3.5mm, and USB-C ports.
The new product has a prefix 2025 in the name and a 27-inch IPS LCD panel with 2K resolution and refresh rate of 100 Hz. The screen has a maximum brightness of 250 nits, covers 95% of DCI-P3 color gamut and displays 8-bit colors. In addition, the monitor supports a wide viewing angle of 178 degrees.
