The new Xiaomi G24i 2026 monitor, designed for gaming and work, has gone on sale on the international market. At a relatively affordable price, the new product has a high refresh rate combined with accurate color reproduction, which will also be useful in non-gaming scenarios.
The monitor features a 23.8-inch Fast IPS In Plane Switching (IPS) panels are an expensive option but they have excellent colour accuracy and far greater viewing angles then TN and VA panels (Not that we condone slouching while gaming). They are great for graphics design and photo editing. However, the only downside to IPS panels if that they can sometimes have a slower response time than TN panels. This is the only real problem if you’re a very competitive gamer or want to game in 3D. As of late “IPS” has become a big marketing word. Step into an Apple store and you would be hard pressed talking to someone that didn’t mention Apple’s “brand new IPS Displays!” In fact, Apple is probably one of the biggest marketers of this “new-found” technology. As a business person myself, this is when you have to tip your hat to Apple’s awesome marketing machine. Why? Well, because IPS is actually nothing new. In fact, this technology was originally invented in 1996 by Hitachi..panel with a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels, a refresh rate of 200 Hz, brightness up to 400 nits (Display HDR HDR stands for High Dynamic Range imaging, and it is an old photography practice recently introduced to cameraphones like the iPhone and some Android devices (or with the use of special apps). 400), and a response time of 1 ms (GtG). Its color gamut is 100% sRGB (ΔE < 2) and 95% P3. A blue light filter is provided to protect your eyesight.
The new product supports AMD FreeSync Premium technology and is compatible with NVIDIA G-SYNC. The set of interfaces includes DisplayPort, HDMI, and a 3.5 mm audio port. The price of the Xiaomi G24i 2026 in Europe is ?120.
