Samsung has unveiled a special edition of its Galaxy Z Flip7 foldable smartphone dedicated to the 2026 Winter Olympics. The gadget, dubbed the Olympic Edition, will feature a unique design dedicated to the famous sporting event. The Galaxy Z Flip7 Olympic Edition comes in blue with gold accents on the frame, hinge cover, and camera sensor surround. The set includes a transparent protective case with a magnetic attachment, highlighted in blue and printed with laurel leaves. The firmware of the special version of the gadget includes themed wallpapers, as well as a set of pre-installed applications and services. For example, the Galaxy Athlete Card allows you to exchange digital profiles and participate in interactive events, the Athlete365 platform offers athletes support in the areas of sports performance and mental health, and the official Olympic Games app will be useful for tracking key information about the competitions. The new device, along with a special eSIM tariff, will be distributed to athletes participating in the Olympics. The model is unlikely to go on retail sale. |
