AMD quietly launched the Ryzen 5 7400 processor on the European market. The new product is positioned as a basic chip with an integrated graphics core for entry-level gaming builds. The base clock speed of the six-core chip is 3.3 GHz with a turbo boost up to 4.3 GHz. The L3 cache is 16 MB (half that of the 7400F model), and the TDP is 65 W. Unlike the F version, the new model is equipped with two computing units ? it is not well suited for gaming, but it can handle everyday tasks such as video playback and web surfing. The AMD Ryzen 5 7400 is already available on the European market at a price of ?140. |
