realme has announced the launch date for its new affordable smartphone, the P4 Lite 4G, and revealed its design. At the same time, some of the technical specifications of the upcoming budget device have been disclosed. According to promotional materials, the smartphone will be equipped with a 6.74-inch IPS  In Plane Switching (IPS) panels are an expensive option but they have excellent colour accuracy and far greater viewing angles then TN and VA panels (Not that we condone slouching while gaming). They are great for graphics design and photo editing. However, the only downside to IPS panels if that they can sometimes have a slower response time than TN panels. This is the only real problem if you’re a very competitive gamer or want to game in 3D. As of late “IPS” has become a big marketing word. Step into an Apple store and you would be hard pressed talking to someone that didn’t mention Apple’s “brand new IPS Displays!” In fact, Apple is probably one of the biggest marketers of this “new-found” technology. As a business person myself, this is when you have to tip your hat to Apple’s awesome marketing machine. Why? Well, because IPS is actually nothing new. In fact, this technology was originally invented in 1996 by Hitachi..screen with a refresh rate of 90 Hz and a maximum brightness of 563 cd/m². The battery capacity of the new device, which supports 15-watt charging and 6-watt reverse charging, will be 6300 mAh.The device will be equipped with a dual rear camera with a 13 MP main sensor and ring lighting. The new model will run on realme UI firmware with a set of AI features, including AI Boost, AI Eraser, Circle to Search, and others. The list of features will be complemented by IP54 body protection and certification confirming the smartphone's resistance to damage from drops and impacts. It is already known that the realme P4 Lite 4G will be presented on February 20 in black, blue, and gold colors, but the price of the smartphone has not yet been announced. |
