I just bought a new phone number for my Lava X50 Plus. My Koodo tried to make the sim card work but the phone does not find any service. The website says that this phone should work with a Canadian sim card. is there any special set up instructions, otherwise the phone is useless for me if I cant get any phone service in Canada. any help would be appreciated.
