Someone hacked into my phone & set a 4 digit pin. I had compan # 1 simncard which I removed & by placing compnay #2 sim card i was able to open hte phone. He disabled the internet.'I then esablished my ownb 8 digit pin. When I spoke to customer service they coulnd't reset the internet & advised me to try anothersim card to see if that was the problem. When I took out the 2nd sim card & replaced it with another from compnay #1,phone forgot about my 8 digit password & won't let me sign in.'Because I dont have internet I cannot send a password to my email.
