I had compan # 1 simncard which I removed & by placing compnay #2 sim card i was able to open hte phone.He disabled the internet.'I then esablished my ownb 8 digit pin. When I spoke to customer service they coulnd't reset the internet & advised me to try anothersim card to see if that was the problem.
