1. Turn off the phone in any convenient way.

2. Simultaneously press the POWER button and the Volume Up(+) button for a few seconds.

3. Release both buttons when you see the Poptel logo on the screen.

4. Select the option wipe data / factory reset Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to go through the menu items and confirm the selection using the POWER .
