1. To start the hard reset procedure, the phone must be turned off.
2. Now, you need to simultaneously press the Volume Up(+) and POWER buttons for a few seconds.
3. When the IVOOMI logo appears, release the held buttons.

7. Approve the operation, select Yes and confirm by pressing the POWER button.
8. To complete the operation, reboot your phone, select "reboot system now" and confirm your choice by pressing the POWER button.
