1. Turn off the phone using the POWER button.

2. Press the Volume Up(+) and POWER keys for a few seconds.

3. After that, release the POWER button when you see the IVOOMI logo.

4. Release the Volume Up(+) button when Recovery Mode appears.

5. Select wipe data / factory reset from the menu using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to navigate and the POWER button to confirm the selection .

6. Approve the reset operation, select Yes and press the POWER button once.

7. When Recovery Mode appears, select "reboot system now" using the POWER button.
