1. Turn off the phone using the POWER button.

2. Press and at the same time hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER button within a few seconds.

3. Release both keys as soon as it appears boot mode.

4. Go to Recovery Use Volume Up(+) and click the Volume Down button to confirm the selection.

5. When the Android robot image appears, press and hold the POWER button and the Volume Up(+) button again.

6. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to highlight the menu option wipe data / factory reset and press the POWER button to confirm.

8. Press the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to select from the reboot system now option and press the POWER button to confirm.
