1. To start the Hard reset procedure, the phone must be turned off.

2. Next, you need to press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER and POWER buttons within a few seconds.

3. When you see the Recovery mode menu, release the keeled buttons.

4. Press the POWER button once to enter Recovery Mode.

5. Select from the wipe data / factory reset from the menu, using the Volume down keys to scroll and Volume Up(+) to select the parameters.

6. End the reset operation, select Yes using the Volume down keys to scroll and Volume Up(+) to select the parameters.
