1. To start hard reset, turn off the phone.

2. Press Volume Up(+) and POWER simultaneously for a few seconds.

3. Release the buttons when the logo appears on the screen.

4. Press POWER button to open Recovery Mode.

5. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to select wipe data / factory reset and confirm the selection by the Volume Up(+) button.

6. Once again, select wipe data / factory reset in the menu and confirm the selection of the Volume Up(+) key.
