1. Turn off the phone using the POWER button.

2. Next, you need to click and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER and POWER buttons for a few seconds.

3. Release the kept buttons when the Android robot logo appears on the screen.

4. Press POWER button to enter Recovery mode.

5. Select from the menu item wipe data / factory reset using the Volume down key to go through the menu and Volume Up(+) to make a choice .

6. End the reset operation, select Yes and click the Volume Up(+) button to make a choice.

7. Overload the phone, select reboot system now and click the Volume Up(+) button to make a choice.
