1. Turn off the phone in any convenient way.

2. Press and hold the Volume Up(+) button and POWER button for a few seconds.

3. Next, you need to release the kept buttons when you see the Android logo.

4. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to select wipe data / factory reset and press the POWER button to confirm.

5. End the reset operation, select Yes and press the POWER button to confirm.
