1. Turn off the phone using the POWER button.

2. Press the Volume Up(+) button and the POWER button for a few seconds.

3. Release all buttons when the YU logo appears.

4. Select the menu option wipe data / factory reset using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to go through the menu items and the POWER button to Confirm the selection.
