1. To start hard reset, turn off the phone.

2. Simultaneously press and hold the Volume Up(+) button and the POWER button within a few seconds.

3. When the Android robot logo appears on the phone screen, press the POWER button to enter Recovery Mode.

4. To select wipe data / factory reset, use the Volume Down(-) button to go through the menu items and the POWER button to confirm.

5. Select Yes - Delete All User Data and press the POWER button to confirm.

6. To complete the operation overload the phone, select reboot system now and press the POWER button to confirm.
