1. Turn off the phone in any convenient way.
2. Press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER key together for a few seconds.
3. Now, release the POWER button when the Yezz logo appears on the screen.
4. Release the Volume Up(+) button when the Android robot logo appears on the screen.
5. Press the POWER button to go to Recovery mode.
6. Using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons, select the menu item wipe data / factory reset and confirm with the POWER button.
7. Further, confirm the operation, select Yes and press the POWER button to start the discharge procedure.
8. To complete the operation overload the phone, select reboot system now and confirm using the POWER button.
