1. Turn off the phone using the POWER button.

2. Press and hold the Volume down key together with the POWER button, until the logo appears.

3. When the logo appears, release the POWER button.

4. Highlight the option "wipe data / factory reset. For scrolling, use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons and confirm the selection using the POWER button.
