1. Turn off the phone using the POWER button.
2. Next, you need to simultaneously press Volume Up(+) and POWER buttons for a few seconds.
3. When the Xiaolajiao logo appears, release all the buttons.
4. After the Android robot appears on the screen, press the Volume Up(+) and POWER and POWER button for a couple of seconds.
5. Select wipe data / factory reset using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to go through the menu items and the POWER button to confirm choice.
