1. To start hard reset, turn off the phone.

2. Press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER button at the same time within a few seconds.

3. Release all keys when the Wiko logo appears on the screen.

4. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to select wipe data / factory reset and press the POWER button to confirm.

5. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to select Yes and press the POWER button to confirm.

6. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to select reboot system now and press the POWER button to confirm.
