1. The phone must be turned off.

2. Press POWER and Volume UP buttons for a few seconds.

3. After the Android robot image appears on the screen, release the Volume Up(+) button and click again.

4. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to select the menu item wipe data / factory reset, and then confirm the selection using the POWER button .
