1. To start the Hard reset procedure, the phone must be turned off.

2. Press the key combination POWER and Volume Up(+) for a few seconds.

3. When the Android robot appears on the screen release the buttons, and then press the POWER button and the Volume Up(+) button, again.

4. To select wipe data / factory reset Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons, and then confirm the selection using the POWER button.

5. Select the option Yes - Delete All User Data, and then confirm the selection using the POWER button.

6. Select the option "Reboot System Now", and then confirm the selection using the POWER button.
