1. To start the Hard reset procedure, the phone must be turned off.

2. Hold down the POWER and Volume Up(+) button for a few seconds.

3. Release the buttons when the Recovery mode appears.

4. Select the option wipe data / factory reset using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons for moving around the menu and press the POWER button.

5. Select the option Yes - Delete All user Data and click the POWER button to confirm this operation.

6. Select the option reboot system now and press the POWER button to confirm this operation.
