1. Turn off the phone in any convenient way.

2. Hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER buttons for a few seconds.

3. Release all keys when you see information about Boot Mode.

4. Select from the recovery menu. Use Volume Up(+) To go through the menu items and Volume Down(-) to confirm.

5. When the Android Robot robot logo appears, press the Volume Up(+) and POWER and button to go to Recovery Mode.

6. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to select wipe data / factory reset, and press the POWER button.

7. Now you need to confirm the operation, select Yes and confirm the selection by the POWER button.

8. To complete the operation overload the phone, select reboot system now and confirm the selection by the POWER button.
