1. To start, turn off the phone with the POWER button.

2. Simultaneously press and hold the POWER and Volume UP button for a few seconds.

3. Release both keys when the Umidigi logo appears.

4. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to select the menu item wipe data / factory reset and press the POWER button to confirm.

5. Further, confirm the operation, select Yes and confirm the selection using the POWER button.

6. Select reboot system now and confirm the selection using the POWER button.
