1. To start hard reset, turn off the phone.

2. Press the Volume Up(+) and POWER button for a few seconds.

3. Release all keys when the Umidigi logo appears.

4. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to wipe data / factory reset and confirm with the POWER button.

5. Further, confirm the operation, select Yes and confirm with POWER button.

6. Overload the phone, select reboot system now and confirm with POWER button.
