1. Phone need to turn off.
2. Simultaneously press and hold the POWER button and the Volume Down button button within a few seconds.
3. Release all buttons as soon as the screen appears the UMI screen.
4. Select from the menu wipe data / factory reset using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons, and then press the POWER button to confirm.
5. Select Yes - Delete All User Data. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to scroll and the POWER button to select.
6. Now you need to overload the phone, select "Reboot System Now", and then press the POWER button to confirm.
