1. Turn off the phone with the POWER button.
2. Next, press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER and POWER button together for a few seconds.
3. Release the buttons pressed when the Android logo appears on the screen.
4. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to select wipe data / factory reset and press the POWER button to confirm the selection.
