1. Turn off the phone using the POWER button.

2. Next, press and hold the POWER and Volume UP button within a few seconds.

3. Release the buttons pressed when the Android logo appears on the screen.

4. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to select wipe data / factory reset and press the POWER button to confirm the selection.

5. Further, confirm the operation, select Yes from the menu and confirm the selection using the POWER button.

6. Select Reboot System Now and confirm the selection using the POWER button.
