1. Turn off the phone in any convenient way.

2. Press and hold the Volume Up(+) button along with the POWER button for a few seconds.

3. Release all keys when you see a change on the screen.

4. Highlight the option wipe data / factory reset using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to go through the menu items and the POWER button to confirm choice.
