1. Turn off the phone using the POWER button.

2. Press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER button together for a few seconds.

3. Release all keys when the TP-LINK logo appears on the screen.

4. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to select wipe data / factory reset and press the POWER button to confirm the selection.
