1. Load Xperia Companion to your computer. This can be done here www.support.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/xperia-companion/.

2. Install the application to your computer.

3. Then turn off the phone and connect the phone to the PC using the Micro USB cable.

4. Open Xperia Companion and in the main menu, select Software Repair.
