1. Turn off the phone using the POWER button.

2. Hold down the Volume down and POWER and POWER button for a few seconds.

3. Release the held buttons when you see the Android robot logo.

4. Using the Volume down key, select wipe data / factory reset, and then press the Volume Up(+) button to confirm.
