1. Phone need to turn off.

2. You need to press and hold the Volume Up(+) button and release them when the Samsung logo appears.

3. To get in the Recovery mode menu, press the sensitive key in the left corner.

4. Then use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to go to the option wipe data / factory reset, and confirm the option Home .

5. Select from the Yes menu and press the Home button button to confirm.

6. Select reboot system now and press the Home button to confirm.
