1. Turn on the phone in any convenient way.

2. For a short time, press the POWER and Volume Down(-) button.

3. When the screen darkens, press and hold the POWER and Volume Down(-) button within a few seconds.

4. Release all buttons when the Samsung Galaxy logo appears.

5. Select from the menu wipe data / factory reset using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to go through the menu items and the POWER button to Confirm the selection.

6. Select from the Yes menu and confirm with the POWER button.
