1. First, turn off your phone using the POWER button.

2. Press and hold the Volume Up(+), POWER, Home buttons at the same time for a few seconds.

3. After that, release the held buttons when you see the Recovery Mode menu.

4. Select wipe data / factory reset from the menu using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to navigate through the menu items and the POWER button to confirm .

5. Select Yes - delete all user data from the menu and press the POWER button to confirm the operation.
