1. Turn off the phone using the POWER button.

2. For a few seconds, press the POWER and Volume UP button.

3. Release all keys when the samsung logo appears.

4. Select from the menu wipe data / factory reset using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to go through the menu items and the POWER button to Confirm the selection.
