1. Turn off the phone.

2. Press Volume Up(+) and POWER> together for a few seconds.

3. Release the holding buttons when Recovery Mode appears on the screen.

4. Select the menu option wipe data / factory reset using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to go through the menu items and the POWER button to Confirm the selection.

5. Further, confirm the operation, select Yes and confirm the selection by clicking the POWER button.
