1. Phone need to turn off.

2. Simultaneously press the POWER button and the Volume Up(+) button for a few seconds.

3. Release all buttons if the samsung logo appears.

4. Select the menu option wipe data / factory reset using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to go through the menu items and the POWER button to confirm .
