1. Turn off the phone using the POWER button.
2. Next, press the Volume down and POWER button simultaneously for a few seconds.
3. When Boot Mode appears, release all the buttons and press the Volume Up(+) button.
4. Select from the menu item wipe data / factory reset using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to go through the menu items and the POWER button, To confirm the selection.
5. Select in the yes menu and press the POWER button to confirm the reset operation.
6. To complete the operation overload the phone, select reboot system now and confirm the reboot operation using the POWER button.
