1. Turn off the phone using the POWER button.

2. Next, press the Volume down and POWER buttons at the same time for a few seconds.

3. Release all buttons when you see the OPPO logo.

4. Select English. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to go through the menu items and the POWER button to confirm the selection.

5. Select Wipe Data and Cache and press the POWER button.

6. Select in the yes menu and press the POWER button.

7. Select reboot and ok and confirm the selection using the power button button.
